RAAC Report Pro

For qualified surveyors and structural engineers.

The scope survey is free for anyone. Pro is for the professional who carries out the RAAC survey: full survey reports from the scoped areas, your own logo and colours on the app and every report, and your work on phone, Mac, Windows and browser. Site managers can share their scoped site with you at no cost to either of you.

Founding surveyor

£195 + VAT a year

For the first 25 approved surveyors, kept for as long as you stay subscribed.

Pro

£295 + VAT a year

After the founding places are taken.

Extra storage, £59 + VAT a year: an add-on for Pro surveyors. The app normally keeps its copy of each photo for 30 days (the full size original is always in your phone's Photos). With Extra storage every photo and voice note stays in the app and on all your devices, so any job can be reopened and its report reissued later.

How to get Pro

Create an account, or sign in with the one you use in the app.
Tell us your professional body, membership number and experience. We check every application by hand, usually within one working day.
Once approved, pay here by card. Pro switches on in the app on every device you sign in on.

Pro is only sold to qualified surveyors and engineers. It can't be bought for someone else.
